House rules

Welcome to our home! Please do follow these rules accordingly. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a penalty fee. We hope for your kind understanding and cooperation.


1) No shoes inside the home.

2) This is a strict NON-SMOKING home, should you be found smoking, we will have to charge you RM 500. We care for your health :)

3) NO PARTIES or events. We respect our neighbours and hope to host you and others for a long time.

4) Quiet time after 10 p.m.

5) No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Keep it clean for your bedroom activities ;)

6) Please do dispose of your rubbish daily at the refusal room as otherwise cockroaches and ants/fruit flies may come to bother you.

7) NO PETS allowed. Please respect our future guests that may be allergic to certain animal fur.

8) We hope for your kind understanding to respect our cleaners and not to move the furniture around as they are heavy and may cause injury while they rearrange. A fine of RM 200 will be imposed for any moved furniture.

9) Do ensure to turn off all electronics/lights when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Go Green!

10) Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably and timely manner so we may look into it immediately to ensure a smooth stay for you.

11) Please do not use any extra linens or towels you may find in the cupboards as that is for the cleaners to prepare the home for future guests.

12) Kindly wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before your checkout. Our cleaners would highly appreciate it

13) Please do not use our towels as a bathmat, you wouldn’t use the same items on your feet as you would on your face. Should they be stained we will need to charge you for it though.

Apologies for the many rules but we try to keep our home comfy, clean and try to make sure everyone is happy. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us via the booking platform’s messaging :)

Interaction with guests

We will give you the privacy you desire, but just buzz us anytime if you require any assistance. We're more than happy to share our local insider tips; from cool eateries to places to see and shops to check out.

Other things to note

• Our check in time is strictly between 3.00PM - 8.00PM. A late check in fees of RM120 will be applied for check ins later than 8.00PM.
• Late check out fee applies, please ask us.
• A replacement fee of RM200 will be charged for missing keys/access cards.
• Please take your shoes off before entering the house.
• An excess cleaning fee will be charged necessarily (cigarette smell, stubborn stains etc).
• Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request - please ask us.
• Do your part to conserve energy by switching off lights and air-conditioning when not in use. Save the environment!
• For stays longer than 28 days, a utility fee of of RM0.50/kwh will be charged for usage of electricity
